The Mi Sanitas app takes care of our clients by offering them a more independent way to autonomously manage all aspects related to their health, anytime and from anywhere, quickly, easily, and simply.

The tasks that our clients can perform through Mi Sanitas are:

• Request appointments with their doctor, reschedule them, and cancel them.
• Consult their healthcare providers to find doctors, hospitals, and other medical centers as well as dental clinics.
• Check nearby medical centers with emergency services.
• Access medical reports and pharmacy prescriptions.
• Request reimbursements and authorizations.
• Check receipts and copayments.
• Update personal information.
• Access the digital health card.
• Grant permissions to other policy beneficiaries to perform tasks on their behalf.

We also include, depending on the contracted product, innovation in digital medicine services such as Health Monitoring, Mind Care, Vital Signs Measurement, Symptom Evaluator, Digital Consultation (video consultation and phone consultation), ...

To make proper use of Mi Sanitas, we request the following permissions:

• Calendar: to save appointments in the agenda.
• Location: to show the closest doctors and centers.
• Photos/multimedia/files: so you can upload documents in different sections of Mi Sanitas.
• Camera: so you can take a picture of documents and attach them from your device.
• Microphone: so you can have video consultations.

Our application uses HealthKit to update your health information automatically. And other required data that allow you to enjoy a proper use of Mi Sanitas.
